A Salt Lake man has been charged after he allegedly drove his pickup through the front door of a Glendale video store.

The 30-year-old man was charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors, and failure to stop at an accident scene, a class B misdemeanor, Monday in 3rd District Court.

According to charges, the man was arguing with another person in the parking lot of La Milpa Video Store, 1175 S. Glendale (1135 West) and then left. Soon after, the man returned with his white pickup and drove through the front door of the video store, charges state.

If convicted, he faces up to 2 1/2 years in jail and fines that could reach $6,000.
