LOS ANGELES — Go.com, the Walt Disney Co.'s Internet subsidiary, will become the Walt Disney Internet Group to better reflect the breadth of Disney-owned sites, Disney said Wednesday.

Previously Go.com served as the name for both Disney's Internet and direct marketing business as well as the company's Web portal. The trading symbol for Go.com, which is tracked separately from regular Disney shares, will change on Aug. 7 from GO to DIG.
