Patrick Swayze, the former "Dirty Dancing" star, had two films in the festival — "Green Dragon" and "Donnie Darko."

Swayze, 48, says he has been offered a lot of film roles lately after a considerable drought, which has prompted some thoughts about aging in show business.

"It's funny; I guess you have to get old before anyone takes you seriously in this business," he said.

"It's like, as I approach 50, suddenly I'm in demand again. Not that I mind, but I'm wondering where all these great roles were when I was younger."
