MURRAY — Police do not believe any foul play was involved in the death of a man found in Little Cottonwood Creek Saturday night.
The man, 35, was found about 6:20 p.m. near 100 W. Vine St. Investigators believe the body hadn't been there longer than a day.
There was evidence of quite a bit of alcohol at the scene, said Murray detective Rob Hall. Police believed the man was probably the victim of an accidental drowning.
The man is believed to be semi-homeless, said Hall, living part time with his parents and the rest of the time along the banks of the creek.
