Killer floods swamp Australia

Floodwaters cover the landscape along the Clarence River between Yamba and Grafton in the northern Australian state of New South Wales, Sunday. Several thousands of people have been evacuated from the path of floodwater. A child and a middle-age man were swept away to their deaths over the weekend. In New South Wales, emergency services prepared to airdrop supplies to people stranded by floods.
