Obituary: Donald Earl Hall

Our beloved husband, loving father, and grandfather, Don Hall, age 75, passed away February 11, 2001 with his loving wife by his side.

He was born August 27, 1925 in Magna, Utah to Earl Monroe and Ora Rose Harris Hall. On October 1, 1954 he married Ruth Blair and they began a journey together that lasted 46 years. Together they raised four children and shared many joys.

He loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. His family was his greatest joy. He served his country during World War II, and retired from Kennecott Copper where he was skilled as an electrician. He always gave of his time and his heart. Don will be remembered for his kindness, courage, sense of humor, and never-ending supply of love.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Ruth; daughter, Joni Hall (Wade) Youngberg; sons, Ron Earl (Jeanne) Hall and Lt. Bart D. (Susan) Hall; grandchildren, Camille, Lara, Cody, Christina, Amanda, and Weston; sisters, Maxine Hall and LaRue (Bill) Player; and brother, Melvin (Louise) Hall. Preceded in death by his parents; son, Craig Wall; brother, Duane Boyd Hall; and sisters,

GeNeal Hall Ray and Barbara Hall Baggley.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon Thurs., March 15, 2001 at the Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna, where friends may call Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
