Rosella Almira Dorrity Barton, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, passed from this life to join her Heavenly Family March 21, 2001. She left us peacefully and full of grace at the University of Utah Hospital.

Rosella was born March 23, 1906 in Kimberly, Utah to Francis Marion and Electa Murdock Dorrity. She married William Austin Barton Sept-ember 15, 1924; later solemnized in the St. George Temple. She was dedicated to her family and enjoyed crocheting doilies, quilting, was an avid seamstress and loved poetry and watching the Utah Jazz. She was a friend to all and had a great sense of humor. Active member in the LDS Church and held many positions.

Survived by children, Hanks (Hilda), Bill (Norda), LaRue (Kenneth) Mitchell, Lynn (Joyce), RoseAnn (Douglas) Mickleson, Kathleen (Roy) Orton, VestaRae (James) Burt; 29 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband; son, Mark Dean Barton; daughter, Dorithy Diel; son-in-law, William Peter Diel; and granddaughter, Stacy Mickleson.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 26, 2001, 1 p.m. at the Paragonah Ward, Paragonah, Utah where friends may call Monday, 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
