Malcolm Arthur Jolley, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, left this earthly life Friday March 23, 2001 in Bountiful, Utah, after a long illness.

He was born March 30, 1913 in Tropic, UT the fourth child born to Arthur Curtis and Harriet Adair Jolley. He married Faye Stewart, Sept. 18, 1934 in Salt Lake City. Their marriage was solemnized Sept. 20, 1939 in the Manti LDS Temple. They were married 66 years. They lived in Elberta, Santaquin, and Payson. His life's work was as a farmer, miner, welder, and he and his wife owned and operated Jolley's Market in Santaquin for many years. Work and his family was his whole life. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many leadership positions. He also served in many civic positions.

Survivors include his wife, Faye; sons, Ray (Charise), Montross, CO, Jerry (Sheila), Centerville, Stewart (Suzanne), Elkridge, Dean (Celia), Bountiful, Darrell (Cora), Naperville, IL; 18 grandchildren; and many great and great great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Leland, Curtis, Duane, Eva Huff, Florence Frank, Darlene Edmunds. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters and brothers, Jewel Jolley, Dot Barney, Cecil, Cleon, Kay.

Services will be Tues. March 27, 2001, 12 noon, in the Mtn. View 2nd Ward Chapel, 75 S. 600 E, Payson, where friends may call 10:30-11:45 a.m. Burial, Salem City Cemetery. Directors, Walker Mortuary, Payson.
