Dennis was born July 11, 1944, in Ogden, Utah, a son of Kendall Harmon and Donna White Sedgwick. He married Carol Frew in the Logan Temple August 3, 1967.
He served a faithful mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the Southern States, and also served proudly in the U.S. Army.
He was a faithful and loving husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather. He was patient, helpful, and caring.
He loved his family and never spoke an unkind or discouraging word to anyone. He loved little children, especially his grandchildren, Amanda, Emma, Audrey, Mia, and Jonathan.
