NORTH OGDEN--<! > Warren Edwin Hoelzer, 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2001 at his home.

He was born March 29, 1917 in Baltimore, Maryland. On Sept. 9, 1937, Warren mar-ried Ella Marie Buckley in Crown-point, Indiana. Their marriage was solem-nized in the Salt Lake LDS on June 24, 1952.

He was reared and educated in Joliet, Illinois. He lived in Orem for 17 years and in North Ogden for the past four years.

Warren was a Temple Officiator in the Provo Temple. He also served in the Spanish Extraction Program for 17 years.

He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Navy.

Surviving are his wife, Ella, of North Ogden; one son and one daughter, Dr. Clifford (Joyce) Hoelzer, Mesa, AZ.; Carole (Steve) Obray, North Ogden; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Warren is also survived by one brother and one sister, Howell Hoelzer, and Shirley Lola Hoelzer, both of Sun City West, AZ. He was preceded in death by one son, Roland Earl Hoelzer.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Paradise Cemetery.
