Murray police seek 2 in beauty salon robbery

MURRAY — Police are looking for two people, possibly women, in connection with a robbery at a beauty salon Thursday .

Songs Nails, 4901 S. State, was robbed at 7:20 p.m. when two people, dressed in dark clothing, entered and used a small, black handgun to demand money, detective Rob Hall said.

Hall said the robbers could have been women. They allegedly left with an undetermined amount of money north on State in an older car.

There were four employees and one customer inside the store at the time, Hall said. Nobody was hurt.
