Ruth Susan Bauerle Turman, age 95, passed away March 28, 2001 in Lehi, Utah.

She was born October 12, 1905 in Portland, Oregon to Ernest Friedrich Bauerle and Bertha Elizabeth Berner Bauerle. She married Ted James Turman, Dec. 30, 1931 in San Diego, California. What a wonderful spunky lady! She was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served diligently in any capacity to which she was called. As she was dying she said "I'm just lazy - I need to get up and get dressed so I can get to Church." She loved her family and friends. Ruth loved to sew, crochet, garden and travel. She worked hard her entire life. She was a former Relief Society and PTA president. She was a graduate from the University of Utah with a teaching degree and taught school for two years before her marriage.

Survived by son, James David (Linda Rae) Turman, Richmond, VA; daughter, Sharon Jane Turman (Robert Dean) Smith, Lehi, UT; Edward Bauerle Turman, Coco, FL; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband and one granddaughter, Farah Lynn Turman.

We love you Mom.
