Wilma Vivian Jordan Bradshaw, known as "Billie" from the day she was born, died quietly at home March 29, 2001 of causes incident to old age.

Born in Murray, Utah on November 30, 1908 to Elisha E. and Bertha Morris Jordan, she was the third of six children. She shared many stories of growing up in the little house above the Murray Railroad Depot where her father was employed. She graduated from Murray High School and remained loyal to the Murray community all her life.

She married Arthur G. Bradshaw on August 1, 1931. They enjoyed 57 years of marriage until he preceded her in death in March 1988. Together they raised three children who now survive her: Arla Gwen (Bert) Weiss, Santa Rosa, Ca.; Dennis G. (Beverly)

Bradshaw, Salt Lake; and Pamela Bradshaw whom they adopted after opening their home and hearts to many foster children. Billie had seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Billie was an active member of the LDS church where she enjoyed many church callings in the Mountain View Third Ward. She loved the outdoors so much she continued gardening into her nineties. She was an excellent seamstress and did fine handwork. She kept her mind active and alert, and will be missed by her neighbors, friends, and sisters Mrs. James (Rhea) Shepard, Mrs. Wiley P, (Gladys) Gordon, and Mrs. Norman Keith (Lucille) Jordan. Four brothers precede her in death.

Funeral services will be held Monday April 2, 2001, 1:30p.m. at the Mountain View 3rd Ward, 1889 So. 1700 East, Salt Lake. Friends may call Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State, Murray and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Interment Murray City Cemetery.
