SALEM — Try to sell products over the Internet from home, and you will be breaking the law in this south Utah County town.
The city's home occupation ordinance doesn't allow retail sales, said a city worker. But that will change soon. The City Council will consider an amendment that will allow retail sales from home as long as the products are not stored at the residence. The council meets Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in regular session at City Hall, 30 W. 100 South.
