Beth Phillips Brown, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away April 15, 2001 of complications from heart surgery.

Born January 16, 1936, Idaho Falls, Idaho to Lee and Wanda Bowles Phillips. Married Kent Brown on Oct. 15, 1954 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.

Member of the LDS church, Beth had a great testimony and held many church callings. She was a great example of love and devotion and had a strong commitment to her husband and family. Beth was a woman who showed great compassion to all she knew. She demonstrated her talent in sewing, quilting quilts and crocheting.

Survived by husband; children,

(Leonard W.) Gundersen; Ronnie Lee (Deborah); Charlene B. (Sam) Craghead; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Janet) Phillips; Dale (Wanda) Phillips; Larry (Debbie) Phillips; Brent (Elena) Phillips; sister, Wanda K. (Mike) Poston. Preceded in death by one granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Thurs., April 19, 2001, 12 noon at the Winder 3rd Ward, 1250 E. 4530 S.

Friends may call at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.) Wednesday, April 18, 2001 from 7-8:30 p.m. and the day of the services at the church from10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment Elysian Burial Gardens.
