Jane Orme Sundberg, 86, August 19, 1914 to April 15, 2001.
Jane was born in Tooele, UT but grew up in Idaho Falls, ID where she met and later married her husband, C. Ross Sundberg in 1938. Ross preceded her in death in 1975.
Jane and Ross moved to Salt Lake City in 1939 and began raising their family. Both were active in The Boy Scouts of America and will be remembered fondly by numerous scouts who are now community leaders in their own right.
Jane was active in the Salt Lake Neighborhood Garden Club for 35 years and served as its president in 1986. She moved to St. George, UT in 1998 and enjoyed a close association with family members for several years. For the last year and a half, Jane has lived with and been cared for by her granddaughter, Traci, and her husband, Scott Heaton.
Jane is survived by her three sons, Jack Sundberg, San Ramon, CA, Kent Sundberg, St. George, UT, Fred Sundberg, Alamo, CA; two sisters; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
