PROVO, Utah — As behavior problems in America's high schools increase, more administrators and students are looking to values-based instruction. Many have found help in two courses available from BYU.

"Who Are You?" and "What Can I Become?" are courses that can be used in the schools or for independent study. The courses can fill credit requirements in language arts or social science, according to Dwight Laws, director of Independent Study at BYU. They can also help solve some of the challenges schools are coping with today.
