This sports-themed eatery and entertainment complex is scheduled to open in Nevada's entertainment capital July 20 at the New York-New York hotel-casino on the Strip. It will feature multi-screen viewing of sports events on giant screens. It also will have a game arcade.


We suppose you could call him a headliner of sorts. The legendary chef — who first made his mark in Beverly Hills and then dipped his spatula into other cities, including Las Vegas (Trattoria Del Lupo at Mandalay Bay and SPAGO Las Vegas inside the Forum Shops at Caesar's) — is partnering in yet another Las Vegas venture. CILI, at the Bali Hai Golf Club on the Strip, will feature a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde assortment of contemporary Western cuisine and a menu incorporating Thai and Chinese influences.
