SHARE Food workshops are coming to Snowbird Dec. 1

Nationally recognized chefs and wine experts will conduct seminars at Snowbird Ski Resort's Winterfeast Dec. 1-3.

A new face at the annual seminar will be Michelle Lozuaway of Saucygrace Creations of New York. She will conduct two kids' cooking workshops, "Get Up and Gumbo" and "Artful Edibles."

Other chefs and lecturers include Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger restaurant in Boston; Joseph Manzare of Globe restaurant in San Francisco; Traci Des Jardins of Jardiniere restaurant in San Francisco; Joshua Wesson of Best Cellars wine stores; Don Restivo of Riedel Crystal of America; Fred Dame of Seagrams; John Larchet of Australian Premium Wine Collection; and Dawn Gaudini of Winebow Inc.
