PRICE<! > - Randall Lloyd Hunt, age 25, left our earthly surroundings July 19, 2001 while fishing with his little fishing buddy, Cameron Robinson.
Little Randy was born Oct 18, 1975 in Salt Lake City, UT to Randall Peter Hunt and Janice C. Magnuson. As a boy he was rambunctious and always full of energy, a trait which would never leave him.
Randy began wrestling at four years of age, and later became a two-time state champion in high school, and the pride of his hometown East Carbon. After graduation, he wrestled for a junior college in Wyoming where he was noted for his hard work and skill.
He eventually made his way back to East Carbon and reunited with his high school sweetheart and soulmate, Cazzie. A year later he married Cazzie Justeen Leonard Dec 14, 1997 in Price and they later had their first child, Kasey Kaden Hunt. Randy and his family later settled into a home in Price. While there he worked in the coal mines of Carbon County as a fourth generation miner. He was always known for his hard work and the amount of pride he took in his job. His co-workers nicknamed him "Ping," as he was always hurrying from one job to the next, like a ping-pong ball.
When it came to living life to the fullest, Randy's sheer talent was unequaled in every aspect. His first love was spending quality time with his family, and making sure they were at ease. His second love was his Jeep, in which he would spend hours working on and adding onto, so his son could drive it when he turned 16. Randy's other numerous hobbies included camping, fishing, snowboarding, yard work, and working on his house. He was the sort of person to which everything came easily, and he never had to spend much time learning a new trait or hobby. He was known for his hyperactivity and comedic attitude, which rubbed off on everyone he knew. Every last second of his life was spent either doing some sort of activity, working, or spending time with his family. He was a diversified individual who touched and impressed everyone he came in contact with.
Randy, you will be missed by everyone who ever knew you and we know you died admirably, because that's just the way you were.
