According to the National Cattleman's Beef Association, sirloin is the most popular cut of steak, followed by T-bone/porterhouse, ribeye, strip loin, tenderloin/filet mignon. Steaks are the most popular use of beef at home, followed by burgers and ground beef dishes such as chili and meat loaf.
