Regarding recent articles and letters to the editor about Robert Weitzel: It really seems to me that Weitzel's ploy is to misdirect individuals of the court.
As I recall from the beginning of his trial, the elderly individuals who came under his care were not admitted for end-of-life care. They were having problems, but not facing the end of their lives. All were in good health.
Weitzel decided it was time for their lives to end. He overdrugged them and then did them in with morphine. No matter how he skirts the truth, people should understand it was not end-of-life care.
