Rhoda Charlene Bargar (Hamberlin), 53, returned to her Heavenly Father on July 22, 2001 after an un-expected illness.

She was born July 28, 1947, in Salt Lake City to Andrew Allen and Wilma Aleen Cannon. She was a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, grand-mother and a loyal friend to all who knew her.

She attended Salt Lake Community College where she graduated with a nursing degree. She was an employee at Utah State Hospital and loved working as a nurse.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Bargar; father, Andrew Cannon; four sons; Mitchell (Eliza) Williams, Vincent (Beth) Williams, Jacob (Salena) Hamberlin and Andrew Hamberlin; three daughters; Estelle (Andy) Welch, Lisa (David) Dean, Anita (Jared) Hales; three sisters, a brother, and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Wilma Aleen Cannon.

Rhoda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved reading, collecting antiques, and family parties. One of Rhoda's greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren -- the love she gave will stay with them forever. She will be missed deeply by all who knew her.
