Harvey William Walters, born Dec. 3, 1924 in Rochester, NY, died July 21, 2001 at his home in Salt Lake after a six year illness.
He served his country for 28 years during World War II and in Korea. He loved traveling all over the world. Married Beth Mower, Oct. 28, 1976.
He is survived by his wife, two brothers, two sisters, two sons, one daughter, four grandchildren, six step-children and extended family. Preceded in death by a daughter.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 25, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Bryan Ward, 1621 South 1100 East. Friends may call Wednesday July 25, from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and Thursday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the ward. Interment Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale.
