Dean Leon Rains 43, Our Loved Brother and friend passed away Monday July 23rd due to complications of heart failure.

He was born Oct., 31 1957 to Claude and Marjorie Rains in Bountiful, UT. His friends called him "Dino" and his family called him "Dean". Among some of Dean's many talents and attributes was his genuine friendship to others. Dean was loving, caring and had a genuine heart. He was also a talented witty and inventive wizard who ran an automotive repair shop where customers said they would trust no other with their cars. Dino loved to go ATV riding, boating, rifle shooting and to have a good time with his friends. Dino was fascinated by locomotive trains and when possible would take train rides or speak with locomotive engineers. Dean had a simple way of looking at life and had acronyms for everything. Dean will be greatly missed for his friendship and talents.

Funeral services for Dino and his brother Richard will be held at the Westland 4th Ward, located at 7060 South and 3200 West, Saturday July 28 at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the church starting at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Murray City Cemetery. Under the direction of Independent Funeral Service.
