GLENDALE, Nev. — A Greyhound bus barreled off I-15, plunged down an embankment, and rolled over early Tuesday and injured all 38 people on board, six of them critically.

The injured included a 13-year-old boy with a broken back and a woman seven months pregnant who went into labor, said Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Allan Davidson. The driver was among those in critical condition.

The bus crashed through a guardrail on the off-ramp to Glendale, a community about 50 miles north of Las Vegas, and plunged 30 feet down an embankment. It rolled completely over and came to rest on its left side. The bus originated in New York City and was headed for Los Angeles. It had left from Green River, Utah.
