BEAR RIVER CITY - Marilee Jane Packer Bodell Dickamore passed away at her home Sunday July 29, 2001 from complications following surgery.

She was born Feb 2, 1949 in Brigham City, UT to Lowell and LaVenna Packer. She married Steven Bodell June 27, 1978 and was later divorced. She married Earl Dean Dickamore Nov 6, 1999.

She worked for the U.S. and Utah governments in several positions and really appreciated the friendships she made during that time. Marilee's radiant personality touched the lives of many. She served in various positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Surviving are her husband, Earl, Bear River; step-children, Brad (Ka-resa) Dickamore, Vicky (Carter) Johnson both of Syracuse, UT, Shayne (Heidi) Dickamore, Brigham City, several grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Richard (Jill) Packer, Lynda Thompson, Lynn (Elaine) Packer, Gary (Paula) Packer, Debra (Neil) Murray; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Harold Thompson; and nephew, Christian Packer.

Services will be Thurs. Aug 2, 2001 at the Bear River LDS 2nd Ward chapel, 5900 N. 4700 W, 11 a.m. Friends may call at Myers Mortuary in Brigham Wed. 6-8 p.m. and at the church Thurs. 10-10:40 a.m. Interment, Willard Cemetery.

Marilee was a special spirit. She had a great love for animals and especially loved being with her dogs Brandy and Ginger.
