Our beloved wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandma, Edith Iva Olsen Fairclough, age 81, passed away July 28, 2001.

Born Jan. 1, 1920 in Fayette, UT to Erick Joseph and Dora Mae Mellor Olsen. Married Robert H. Fairclough April 2, 1949 in Elko, NV. Solem-nized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple April 2, 1959.

Manager of Fashion Fabrics for 15 years. Active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Served a two year genealogical mission, served as a Young Women president, Relief Society teacher and numerous other callings. Loved to travel and spend time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Survived by her husband; daughters, Linda (Waldon) Francom, Karen (Kent) Crosland, Nancy (Michael) O'Bannon, Vicky (Ted) Rowland; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Sadie Tanner, Mary Starley. Preceded in death by a grandson, Eric Carl Francom; six sisters; and one brother.

Services will be Wed. Aug 1, 2001, 11 a.m. at the Murray LDS 11th Ward chapel, 5750 Nena Way (45 W). Friends may call at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary 4760 S. State St. Tues. 6-8:00 p.m. and Wed. at the church 10-10:45 a.m. Interment Murray City Cemetery.
