Minnie Burton McKee, 78, loving wife, mother, grand-mother, great-grandmother and friend passed away on July 1, 2001 of natural causes.
Minnie was born November 22, 1922, in Salt Lake City, UT, a daughter of Jacob Pearl and Lucille Harker Burton. She married Norman D. McKee in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on February 17, 1943. She was a member of the Garland 1st Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in many different positions, loving all of her callings.
She is survived by her husband, Norman; her children Kathleen (Lynn) Evans; Michael (Maxine) McKee; Rohn (Ondrea) McKee; Steven (Cathy) McKee; Rex (Laura) McKee; Coleen (Randy) Thompsen, Charleen (David) Davis; 29 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2001, 11 a.m. at the Garland Tabernacle, 140 West Factory Street, Garland. Friends may call at the Tabernacle Thursday July 5th from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Arrangements by Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton, UT.
Interment in the Garland Cemetery.
