Helen Ann Williams Pawlowski, 70, of Orem, Utah, passed away July 2, 2001 from lymphoma.
She was born December 16, 1930 in Spanish Fork, Utah to Allen B. and Delila G. Williams. She married her beloved Engelbert Pawlowski on January 18, 1969. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She was an active and devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 1953 she served an LDS Southern States mission, and throughout her life she valiantly served in many callings in the Relief Society, Primary, and Sunday School.
Helen graduated from Spanish Fork High School and attended Brigham Young University. She worked as a dental assistant and as an instructor at a dental assisting school for several years.
After marrying Bert, she became a full-time homemaker and dedicated her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren. In addition, Helen had many personal interests. She was fascinated with science and chemistry and spent many years researching and writing her book, The Visualization of the Atom. She was also a talented artist and enjoyed painting with oils and watercolors. Working in her garden was another pastime that she dearly loved.
Her family and friends will greatly miss her compassion, devotion, and love of life.
She is survived by her children, Randy (Jana) Pawlowski, Rick (Sue) Pawlowski, Doug (Tova) Pawlowski, and Pamela (Glenn) Kubricky; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2001, at 11 a.m. at the Orem Third Ward Chapel, 365 South 900 East, Orem. Friends and family may call Friday, July 6th, 6-8 p.m. at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State, Orem, or Saturday, July 7th 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Orem Third Ward Chapel, 365 South 900 East, Orem. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
