MIDVALE — Clear Capital Holdings Inc. said Thursday it has bought the historic Peoples First Bank of Midvale building on Main Street here and will use it for its new corporate headquarters.

Price was not disclosed.

Clear Capital is a subsidiary of Salt Lake-based The Murdock Group Holding Corp., which develops and acquires assets and businesses with the goal of creating cash flow, equity and increasing their profits.

Built in 1909, the Midvale Bank building is a multi-tenant facility that had been extensively renovated by its previous owner, Phillips Ad Agency.

"We believe the work that the Phillips Agency has done to . . . restore this historic bank building has made it the premier building on Midvale's Main Street . . . " said KC Holmes, chief executive officer of The Murdock Group.

Meanwhile, Holmes said Murdock's stock symbol will change from TMGS to TMGH on Monday at the opening of trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
