Leslie "Les" Harrison Grant, 84 died July 3, 2001 in Bountiful, Utah.

Born March 27, 1917 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Frank Edwin and Sarah Hamilton Grant.

Les graduated from Payson High School and shortly there-after, while working at Sutton's Café in Provo, Utah

met Anna Jean (A.J.) Robertson. They married August 15, 1938 and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They moved to Englewood, Ca. Where Les worked for North American Aviation building aircraft. After World War II they moved back to Salt Lake City, Utah where Les worked for Meadow Gold Dairy in Sales and Anna Jean worked for Deseret Pharmaceutical in research and development. In 1984 after Leslie's retirement they moved to St. George, Utah.

Les was active in the LDS Church and served with Anna Jean as a temple ordinance worker. for several years.

Leslie also worked in the temple kitchen. Both enjoyed serving and sharing with others they constantly prepared meals for those that needed a helping hand and both were compassionate and caring.

He is survived by his: son Robert

Leslie (Holly) Grant of Salt Lake City; daughter Jolene (Don L.) Robinson of Farmington, Utah, six grandsons, two granddaughter, four great-grand daughters; brother Thomas Grant of St. George, sister Ramona Shaerrer of Payson, sister-in-law Lil Grant of St. George, Utah.

Graveside services will be held Monday July 9, 2001 at 11 a.m. at Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
