'N Sync is saying bye bye bye to Michael Jackson.

The boy band won't perform at the "Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration, The Solo Years" tribute concerts because of a scheduling conflict.

Producer David Gest said 'N Sync and Jackson won't have time to rehearse their duet of "Dancing Machine" the way they had planned.

'N Sync will be rehearsing for the Sept. 6 MTV Video Music Awards the week before the Jackson concerts, which are scheduled for Sept. 7 and 10 at Madison Square Garden. Jackson will be busy preparing his own shows, so they won't have time to get together, Gest said in a statement.
