WEST VALLEY CITY — Police here were looking Friday afternoon for a man suspected of robbing a Bank One.

The man entered the bank, 3434 S. Redwood Road, just after 1 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money, said West Valley Lt. Charles Illsley. The man claimed he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, he said.

The man took an undisclosed amount of cash and left. He is described as a white man, about 5-foot-8, wearing a beige jacket and pants with a multicolored bandana.
