Restricted-use cards available from library

The Salt Lake County Library System's new restricted-use cards are now available.

Parents who want to prevent their children under age 18 from checking out R-rated videos or DVDs, non-rated foreign materials and music with parental advisories can apply for the new cards at any county library branch.

Existing cards in use will remain unrestricted without a re-application.
