KAYSVILLE-<! > LeOra J. Bizzell, 81, died August 24, 2001 at her home in Kaysville, surroun-ded by her loved ones.
She was born May 15, 1920 in Heber City, Utah to Nephi M. Ja-cobson and Am-erica Jane Wall Jacobson. She married Hubert L. "Buzz" Bizzell October 3, 1938 in Heber City, Utah. Their mar-riage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
LeOra was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, and homemaker. Her hobbies were sewing, gardening, camping and travel.
Surviving are one son, Robert L. (Bernie) Bizzell of Kaysville, Utah; one daughter, Lynda S. Bizzell who preceded her in death, three granddaughters, Melissa Ortiz, Layton, Utah; Heather Ward of Kaysville, Holly Herring, Seven Springs, North Carolina and nine great-grand-children, Saun, Simon and Marissa, Madlyn Ortiz, Bryan and Brandon Ward, Karissa, Korinne and Karolyne Herring. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters: Grace Gibson, Verda Kummer, John Jacobson, Nile Jacobson, June Wheeler, Susie Jacobson, Jay Jacobson and Neldon Jacobson.
Thanks and appreciation to Doctor Burtenshaw and Arline, the Rocky Mountain Hospice Staff for their expert skill and care and for giving compassion and assistance to our family in our time of great need.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at the Kaysville LDS Rock Chapel, 200 East Center Street. Friends and family may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Tuesday at the Church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
