LAYTON<! > -Mary Lou Jones Neuteboom, age 57, returned to her Father in Heaven, Friday, August 24, 2001 at her residence from cancer.

She was born Dec. 16, 1943 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of John Arthur and Georgia Delberta Bickford Jones.

Mary Lou married Robert H. Neuteboom December 15, 1967 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Mary Lou received a teaching major from BYU and a masters in special education from the University of Utah.

She was an active member of the LDS Church. She loved to read. She taught at Wasatch Elementery in Clearfield for the last nine years. She loved children.

Surviving are her husband, three sons, Rob (Jen) Neuteboom, Vermillion, SD; Jay Neuteboom, Sunset; Chris Neuteboom, Layton; three daughters, Kelli Neuteboom, Kari Neuteboom, Erin Neuteboom, Layton; and one grandchild, Shelbi. Also surviving are two brothers, Bill (Diane) Jones, Rockland, WI; Jim (Cathy) Jones, Davenport, IA; and one sister, Janice (Howard) Jones, Tucson, AZ.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Country Hollow Chapel, 1360 E. Cherry Lane, Bishop Lyle Chamberlain, Officiating. Friends and family may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
