Sorry, Dad and Grandpa -- We kept her with us as long as we could. But you know "Virgie" on August 23, 2001; she was ready to be with you again.
Virginia Mae Sieckman Roth, our mom, grandma and Gammy was born on July 27, 1919 in Irvington, Ill. To William F. Sieck-man and Flora Pfohl. Virginia had five sisters- Doro-thy, Ethel, Louise, Betty and Wilma. She married Emerson Roth on Sept 23, 1940. They had two children, Penny and Dennis. She had four grandchil-dren: Heather, William, Seth and Michael and four great-grandchil-dren: Dustin Andrew, Waylon William, Dallas Andrew and Britanee Mae.
After Virginia raised her children, she helped with her grandchildren and again helped with her great-grand-children. Gammy loved to go to the baseball games to watch her grand-son and great-grandsons hit and catch the ball. Gammy also loved her time with her first great-granddaughter Britanee Mae. Virginia was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved watching her old movies with everyone in the family. She was still very young at heart. Mom, grandma, Gammy we love you always.
Graveside services will be held Monday, August 27, 200l at Salt Lake City Cemetery, at 12 noon.
When grandpa gets off the greens, remind him we love and miss him.
