SHARE Olympus edges Woods Cross in OT

Katie Badger scored in overtime to give the Olympus Titans a 3-2 win over Woods Cross on Thursday.

Amy Stasser and Libby Probst scored in regulation for Olympus. Ashley Jensen and Keli Anderson earned goals for the Tigers.

Olympus improved to 8-2 while Woods Cross fell to 4-6.

LAYTON 1, CLEARFIELD 0:Cassidy Williams scored the only goal for Layton in the Lancers upset of Clearfield.

FREMONT 3, NORTHRIDGE 1: The Silver Wolves inched closer to the .500 mark by defeating Northridge.


BRIGHTON 3, BINGHAM 1: The Bengals scored three first-half goals to defeat the Miners. Liz Bogus, Rachel Fillmore and Natalie Nate scored for Brighton.

WEST JORDAN 3, COPPER HILLS 0: After a scoreless first half, Stephani Colunga scored two goals and Brittany Hershey added a third for West Jordan. Janna Jenkins earned her first shutout of the season.

ALTA 4, HILLCREST 0:Bobbi Tillotson and Shelby Mayo scored goals to lead the Hawks over the Huskies. Allison Martino and Annie Payne also scored for Alta.

JORDAN 2, RIVERTON 0:Lora Smith and Amanda Feigt helped Jordan improve to 7-1. The Beetdiggers outshot Riverton 48-5.


COTTONWOOD 8, GRANGER 0:Lindsay Lauro recorded her third consecutive hat trick as the Colts took out Granger. Stephanie Jesson, who scored a goal, also had a good game as the Colts' field general.

SKYLINE 5, HUNTER 0:Lizzy Terry scored three goals as the Eagles remained unbeaten in region play. Natalie Evans earned the shutout in goal.

KEARNS 1, TAYLORSVILLE 0:Kim Bentley's goal, on an assist from Sarah Lobato, was good enough to down the Warriors. Lisa Delamare had the shutout for the Cougars.


MOUNTAIN CREST 6, LOGAN 0:Danni Hancey scored twice, Twink Baugh and Cami Drecksel each had one goal, and keeper Mary Schaelling moved to forward to add a pair of goals as third-ranked Mountain Crest notched its sixth-straight shutout.

ROY 3, BOX ELDER 0:Jaime Zogmaister, Candra Wilson and Erin Pilkington scored to even Roy's record. Abby Call kept the shutout.


HIGHLAND 4, CYPRUS 0: Megan Arhart scored twice as the Rams kept the Pirates unbeaten. Molly Claslin and Brittany Pearce also scored for Highland.

EAST 4, BOUNTIFUL 2: East forged a tied a top the region standings at 8-1 records with a win over the No. 1 Braves. Ashley Wood and Val Haslam scored in a losing effort for Bountiful.

WEST 4, MURRAY 0:Nikki Barnson, Jesse Berggren, Erika Felker-Kantor and Jill Christensen all scored goals for the Panthers.


PAYSON 1, AMERICAN FORK 0: Payson got a win for the first time this year.

TIMPVIEW 2, SPRINGVILLE 0:Rebecca Petersen and Jessica Harmon each scored goals that were assisted by Stephanie Anderson, and Meredith Simmons had her sixth shutout in goal in the league victory.

PROVO 4, SPANISH FORK 1:Sarah Clifford had a pair of goals as the Bulldogs, while Aimee Takasaki scored for the Dons.


MOUNTAIN VIEW 10, PLEASANT GROVE 1: The second-ranked Bruins earned their 11th win of the season in convincing fashion over Pleasant Grove.

LONE PEAK 2, TIMPANOGOS 1: The Knights scored in the second overtime to edge the Timberwolves. Becky Gardner and Megan Lamoreaux scored for the Knights.


DELTA 4, CARBON 1: The Rabbits moved to 3-1 in league play with the win over Carbon. Julie Swinburne scored the lone goal for Carbon.


DIXIE 6, CANYON VIEW 5: The Flyers edged the Falcons for the region victory.

HURRICANE 2, CEDAR 1:Liesel Bennion and Cassadee Stratton brought Hurricane back from down 0-1 to a one-goal win.


JUDGE MEMORIAL 2, WASATCH 0:Erin Terry scored a goal as did Jennifer Pentesco on an assist from Erin Morrison as the Bulldogs remained unbeaten. Alyssa Blackburn recorded her seventh shutout of the year.

PARK CITY 4, UNION 0:Nicole Tomlin, Taylor Smith, Kristin Ideson and Erica Beck piled goals on Union for the Miners.


MORGAN 2, BEAR RIVER 1:Nanci Alexander scored in the eighth minute in overtime as Morgan improved to 6-0 in league play. Lindsey Olson had Morgan's first goal and Brooke Oyler scored for Bear River.

BEN LOMOND 6, TOOELE 0:Kelly Baker, Natalie Ray, Nelly Halti, Crystal Sommers and Chelsea Nizet, and Laura Lee all scored to break a two-game skid for the Scots.


ST. JOSEPH 8, SOUTH SUMMIT 1:Angela Sanchez and Brianna Bauer scored three goals each in the win over the Wildcats.

JUAN DIEGO 2, ROWLAND HALL 0: The Soaring Eagle picked up its third region win with the shutout.
