Ardella (Della) Moser Nyman age 88 passed away Sept. 14, 2001 after spending several days surrounded by her loving children and family.

Della was born April 15, 1913 in Logan to Francis Emil and Lisette Beutler Moser, who had immigrated from Switzerland.

She attended school in Logan and on Nov. 21, 1935 she married Rodney S. Nyman in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were blessed with five children, 24 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings including officiating in the Logan Temple.

Her life was devoted to being a homemaker and a mother. She selflessly served her family and many others. She loved gardening, flowers, stories, and songs. Her cookie jar was always full and she was a wonderful grandma. Della was a person filled with charity, love, and kindness. She was a joy to all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Jeniel (Phil) Harris, Silverthorne CO, Brent (Ellen) Nyman, North Logan, Sue (Ken) Borchert, Uintah, UT, Ted (Jan) Nyman, Logan, Anita (Kim) Watts, Logan.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2001, at 12 noon, Logan Ninth Ward Chapel, 500 N. 100 E, with Bishop Larry Smart conducting. Friends may call Sun. 6-8 p.m. at Allen-Cranney Mortuary, 420 E. 1800 N. and one hour prior to the services. Internment, Logan City Cemetery.
