DRAPER — TenFold Corp. said Thursday that its patented Universal Application has been made available generally to other users.

The application previously was used primarily by TenFold developers to enable primarily nontechnical business users to build, deploy, maintain, and upgrade new or replacement core systems quickly.

"Our original business plan limited the Universal Application to TenFold's use in building large-scale systems," said Nancy Harvey, TenFold's president and chief executive officer. "But in the hands of our customers, small teams of primarily non-technical business analysts used the Universal Application to deliver and fully deploy an application in record time."

The Universal Application was invented to resolve productivity, scalability and agility limitations while building and managing Oracle applications. It has been in development more than eight years.

The application price starts at $7,500 for a single-user development copy.
