Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend returned home to his Heavenly Father September 22, 2001.

He was born Aug 14, 1913 in Teasdale, UT son of John Winford and Diantha Maria Noyes Forsyth. Married Etta Robinson Jan 15, 1946. Glenn was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served as a high priest, taught Sunday School, and was a scoutmaster for eight years. He served in the 1st Armored Regiment from 1942-1945 in World War II. He was a prisoner of war in Ger-many starting Feb 15, 1943 for 882 days. Glenn loved fishing, hunting, and reading history books.

Survivors: wife, Etta; daughter, Pat James; son, Robert (Janeen); daughter, Diann (Gerald) Peck; son, William G. (Jackie); daughter, Christine (Craig) Sexton; 29 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and four sisters.

The family would like to graciously thank Wasatch Valley Nursing Home and their staff for the care and compassion they gave to Glenn and his family.

Services will be Tues. Sept 25, 11 a.m. at the Millstream LDS Ward chapel, 3400 S. 1100 E. Friends may call Mon. 6-8 p.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St., Murray and Tues. at the church 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Price City Cemetery, Tues. 4 p.m.
