Salt Lake County sheriff's deputies were looking Friday afternoon for a man who robbed a bank.
The man walked into First Utah Bank, 3820 S. 2300 East, just after 11:30 a.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money, Sgt. Shane Hudson said.
The man, who was described as a white man in his 20s about 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds with short sandy blonde hair, took an undisclosed amount of cash and left, Hudson said.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a logo, dark pants, a dark blue coat and sunglasses. No weapon was seen, Hudson said.
Earlier in the day, a credit union in Midvale was robbed. Investigators did not believe Friday afternoon the two incidents were related.
