10 a.m. — Judging dairy cattle (show ring) and judging goats (goat barn).
10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. — The Dream Team bicycle and Rollerblade stunt show (south of giant yellow slide).
11:00 a.m., 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. — Jerry Muir, Master of the Chain Saw (east center mall).
11 a.m. — Mexican Paper Arts demonstration (Pioneer Building).
11:30 a.m. — Japanese Calligraphy demonstration and Tibetan Rug Weaving demonstration (Pioneer Building).
noon, 2:30, 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. — Exotic Cats of the World Show (east center mall).
noon — Dan Mink the Rhinestone Roper (Village Stage).
