Here are highlights in the Utah State Fair schedule for Saturday, Sept. 8:

All day — AQUA Horse Show (arena); Native American Pow Wow (west center mall).

10 a.m. — Judging dairy cattle (show ring) and judging goats (goat barn).

10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. — The Dream Team bicycle and Rollerblade stunt show (south of giant yellow slide).

11:00 a.m., 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. — Jerry Muir, Master of the Chain Saw (east center mall).

11 a.m. — Mexican Paper Arts demonstration (Pioneer Building).

11:30 a.m. — Japanese Calligraphy demonstration and Tibetan Rug Weaving demonstration (Pioneer Building).

noon, 2:30, 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. — Exotic Cats of the World Show (east center mall).

noon — Dan Mink the Rhinestone Roper (Village Stage).

12:30, 3 and 7:30 p.m. — The Dream Team bicycle and Rollerblade stunt show (south of giant yellow slide).

12:30 p.m. — Utah State Fair Royalty talent presentation (gazebo).

1 and 5:30 p.m. — Discovery Traveling Science Center Show (Meadow Gold Family Fun Center).

1 p.m. — Team Extreme motorcycle trails showcase (east end of Fairpark).

1-6 p.m. — Swedish Weaving demonstration (Zion Building).

1:30 p.m. — Cowboy Poets (Village Stage).

3 p.m. — Utah Arm Wrestling Tournament (administration lawn).

4:30 p.m. — Native American Dancing (village stage).

6 p.m. — Association of Square Dance Clubs square dancing (gazebo).

6 p.m. — Hispanic Dance Alliance, Central and South American Dance (Pioneer Building).

6:30 p.m. — Hijinks Juggling Contest (Meadow Gold Family Fun Center)

7 p.m. — PRCA Rodeo (arena)

8 p.m. — B.T.O. in concert, grandstand (separate tickets required.)
