Tonight on TV

Survivor: Africa (7 p.m., Ch. 2): It's the big finale, when the million-dollar winner is declared. (If only it were possible to really care who wins this time around.) And that will be followed by an hour of the 16 cast members being interviewed by Bryant Gumbel on the Survivor: Africa Reunion (9 p.m., Ch. 2)

U.S. Figure Skating Championships (7 p.m., Ch. 4): From Los Angeles. (Taped)

Friends (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Joey and Rachel take their relationship to a new level.

Women's basketball (7 p.m., Ch. 11): Colorado State at BYU.

Family Guy (7, 7:30, 8 and 8:30 p.m., Ch. 13): Two straight hours of this wretched series? Fox should be charged with assaulting viewers. (Repeats)

Angel (7 p.m., Ch. 30): The WB begins airing repeats of this series from last season in this time slot — but new episodes will continue to air on Mondays at 8 p.m.

Inside Sundance Film Festival (7 p.m., Sundance Channel): Nightly coverage continues through the end of the Festival on Jan. 20.

Will & Grace (7:30 and 8 p.m., Ch. 5): Cher makes a hilarious guest appearance in the first episode; Lesley Anne Warren guest stars as Will's father's mistress (got that?) in the second. (Repeats)

Frontline (8 p.m., Ch. 7): A report titled "An Ordinary Crime" chronicles the story of a man many agree was wrongly charged and convicted of a crime — and the gross incompetence, perhaps corruption, that allowed it to happen.

ER (9 p.m., Ch. 5): The guy who stabbed Carter is back in the hospital.
