Jan Curtis, born to Harry William Taylor and Mildred Doolittle July 13, 1944 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away Jan. 4, 2002 at home.
Jan moved to Utah when she was eight years old with her father and sister. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She graduated from high school and attended Salt Lake Community College where she graduated as a LPN. She loved and was very proud of her nursing career.
She is survived by her sister, Sharon Carole Hermanson; her four beautiful children: Joyce Witkamp, West Valley City; and her children, Alex LaBeau and Jake LaBeau; Rick Behunin, Pleasant Grove, Utah; and his children, Amanda, Summer, Travis and Cody, Thomas Behunin, West Valley City, Utah; and his children, Sean, Layne and Brittnee; and Connie Lynn Lipsey Behunin (who preceded her in death) and Connie's children, Thomas and Timothy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. We love you so, Mom.
Friends may call at a wake for Jan between 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at the home of Marian Behunin, 1675 W. Southgate Ave. (2740 S.) in West Valley City, Utah. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family or to a charity or your choice. Interment under the supervision of Tate Mortuary, Tooele, Utah.
