Ruby Corpron, age 83, passed away Jan. 10, 2002 in Sandy, Utah.
She was born August 18, 1918 in Salt Lake City to Holger P.V. and Anna H. Eilersen Hansen.
Married Edward Wendell Corpron in Salt Lake City December 18, 1945; marriage solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple December 18, 1952. She lived most of her life in Salt Lake City where she was involved with many church and civic activities.
Survivors include five children, William (Erma) Corpron, Kellogg, Idaho; Carol Alexander, Salt Lake City; Janet (Alan) Eggleston, St. George; Tedd (Theresa) Corpron, Roseburg, Oregon; Christine (Keith) Record, Sandy; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Richard (Ann), Las Vegas, Nevada; Grant (Delores), Draper; Robert (Marian) Mesa, Arizona; four sisters, Vivian (Jerry) Mitchell, Salt Lake City; Eva Hansen, Taylorsville; Ester (Marv) Roper, Longmont, Colorado; Bernice (Dick) Frederickson, West Valley City. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, William Hansen; granddaughter, Jill Eggleston.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2002, 1 p.m. in the Granger 6th Ward Chapel, 3274 South Hillsdale Drive (2780 West). Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Tuesday at the church, 12-12:45 p.m.
Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
