Bonnie Bea Reese Rampton, age 83, passed away in Orem January 12, 2002 of natural causes.
Bonnie was born to Robert and Beatrice Reese in Boise, ID Feb 18, 1918. She was raised in Brigham City and attended Utah State Uni-versity where she met the love of her life, Ralph Junior Rampton. Bonnie and Ralph married on her 20th birthday, Feb 18, 1938, and were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple later that year.
Ralph served in the Navy in World War II and Bonnie began raising two children while following Ralph to various stations. After graduation from Utah State University, Ralph joined the FBI and led Bonnie on a 25-year nationwide odyssey where they made homes in Nebraska, Ohio, Washington, D.C., Alabama, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Carolina, New York City, and Los Angeles. Bonnie and Ralph raised their five children during these years, instilling in them a love of family, integrity, and faith. Following Ralph's retirement, he and Bonnie made their home in Westlake Village, CA for 25 years until Dec, 2000 when they moved to Orem, UT to be closer to family. Bonnie will always be remembered for her unquestioning devotion to, and unwavering, unconditional love for her family - she watched out for all the "sharks" in our lives. She will be dearly missed by her five children, eighteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grand-children.
