The 2002 Utah International Auto Expo, featuring 2002 model vehicles, pre-production vehicles and exotic cars, will run Friday, Jan. 18, through Monday, Jan. 21, at the South Towne Exposition Center, 9575 S. State in Sandy.
Among the "must-sees" at the event are the 2003 Cadillac CTS and the 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. A Million-Dollar Exotic Car Display will feature several vehicles from Lambor-ghini, Panoz and Ferrari.
Also on display will be "Eleanor," the 1967 Shelby GT500 driven by actor Nicholas Cage in the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds."
Show hours are noon to 10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday. Cost of admission is $7 for adults, $4 for people 62 and older, $4 for children age 7 through 12 and free for children 6 and under. The show is presented by the Utah Automobile Dealers Association, sponsored by the Deseret News and The Salt Lake Tribune, produced by Motor Trend and managed by Liberty Productions.
