ELMO/CLEVELAND - <! > Irvin Frank Williams (PA) passed away on January 10, 2002 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 13, 1937 in Helper, Utah to George I. and Inas Cave Williams.

He married his sweetheart, JoAnn McAnally on February 28, 1956 in Price, Utah.

He loved his farms, horses, fishing and hunting.

He loved his rides up Huntington Canyon, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Irv worked as a Drywall contractor for over 40 years owning and operating his own business. Everyone who dealt with him knew he was true professional.

He was loved by all who knew him and will truly be missed more than he will ever know. Even to the end, Dad kept his sense of humor saying he didn't mind the dying but he just didn't want to be there when it happened.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, JoAnn Williams, Elmo; his children, Lorna (Gaylen) Atwood, Jensen, UT, ReNee (Steven) Rappleye, Salt Lake City, Irvin (Kelly) Williams, Bountiful, Monica (Lonnie) Besst, Cedarview, UT; mother, Inas Williams, Elmo; brothers, Orvil (Sue) Williams, Helper, John Williams, Ferron; sister, Darlene (Paul) Norris, Beckley, West Virginia; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father George I. Williams and son Zachary.

Dad you will be in our hearts and memories forever, hopefully now you and Zachary can reunite again.

The family would like to send thanks to all the family and friends for their prayers, also we would like to send a special thanks to all the good people at the VA Hospital and Rocky Mountain Hospice for all their love and kindness.

"God knew you were suffering

That the hills were getting hard to

climb

So he gently closed your eyes and

whispered "Peace be thine"

In tears we watched you sinking

We saw you fade away

Our hearts were nearly broken

You fought so hard to stay

It breaks our hearts to see you go

But you didn't go alone

For part of us went with you

The day God took you home."

Memorial service, Sat. Jan. 19, 2002 11 a.m. Mitchell Funeral Home in Price. Family will be at Mitchell's Saturday one half hour prior to services.

Interment, Price City Cemetery.
